Who we are

Coxswains Holdings ("Coxswains", "we") operates coxswains.net and the brand pages it hosts (Cassette, Habibi & Co, #PLOTWIST, NONAME, Taco & Co, HUNALQAHIRA and Markit). This policy explains what personal data this website collects and how it is used, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020, "PDPL").

What we collect

• Forms. When you submit a contact, booking, sign-up or list form we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number and message. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, and arrive in our company inbox.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate page-view statistics only.
• Messaging links. Buttons that open WhatsApp or Instagram take you to those platforms; anything you send there is governed by their privacy policies.

How we use it

Only to respond to your inquiry, process your booking or order, and run our business. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Retention & sharing

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records, then deleted. We share data only with the service providers named above (Web3Forms, Cloudflare) and where the law requires.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. Write to info@coxswains.net and we will respond within a reasonable period.
